About Tamira

I was born in Mongolia and moved to the United States in 2005 at 17 years old. Those first years in a new country were full of learning — adjusting to a new culture, understanding people, figuring out who I was, and navigating life without the support of my family nearby. I didn’t know much about fitness, food, or self-care yet, and I felt lost in many ways

During that time, fitness found me. What started as a small step — walking into a gym and moving my body — slowly became the thing that grounded me. It gave me clarity, strength, and a sense of purpose when everything around me felt unfamiliar.

In 2018, I moved to the Federal Way / Northeast Tacoma area and became a mom. Raising my children far away from home, building a new life, and carrying the weight of responsibilities made fitness even more essential. It became my multivitamin — the thing that kept me mentally steady, emotionally strong, and physically capable.

As I shared my journey on social media, people started reaching out every day for guidance. I realized that so many of us feel lost at different stages of life, and sometimes all we need is the right person to show us the path. That inspired me to take the next step and get certified. I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in 2014 and later an ACE Certified Health Coach. Over the years, I’ve trained men, women, seniors, children and expecting mothers. I’ve taught functional strength training, TRX, and most recently became a certified Mat Pilates Instructor, now continuing my journey toward Reformer Pilates certification as well.

Fitness changed my life, and now I help others create their own transformations — physically, mentally, and emotionally. My training style is motivational, technique-focused and high-energy. I teach proper form, explain the “why” behind every movement, and create a space where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered. I hype you up. I hold you accountable. I make sure you do things safely. And yes — I will make you laugh and dance in between the burn. Pure Strength Studio is my fourth baby — built by my family’s hands. My kids helped with the flooring, my husband showed up every night to work on the space, and I managed every detail from start to finish. This studio carries our love, our story, and our commitment. I want people to walk into my class and leave feeling like, “I’m a badass.” Because you are. My deeper purpose is simple: every human being deserves a strong, joyful, grounded life. If you’re scared to start, just know that starting now is better than looking back later wishing you had. And sometimes the right trainer and the right environment make all the difference. Why train with me? Because I see you through your life — not mine. I listen to your story. I recognize your hesitation. I meet you exactly where you are and modify every movement so no one feels left out or overwhelmed. For advanced clients, I challenge you in a way that feels powerful, not punishing. I teach movement, mindset, and lifelong habits that create sustainable results. Here, you won’t feel like you’re doing a chore. You’ll feel like you found your place — a place to grow, sweat, laugh, and evolve.

Strength and Mat Pilates

This class combines the best of strength training and Pilates so you get stronger from the inside out. We work on building real muscle, improving balance, and activating your deep core so your whole body feels supported and powerful.

Cardio & Mat Pilates

A fun, energizing class that blends light cardio movements with Mat Pilates to help you sweat and strengthen your entire body. Perfect for days you want a good sweat with controlled Pilates work

Mat Only

A slow and controlled Mat Pilates class using just your body weight and simple props such as small balls, rings, bands, or light weights. We focus on deep core work, stability, and mindful movement to help you build a stronger, more balanced body.
